Summary: One-size-fits-all education does not work. Schools must provide solid content knowledge through research-based instructional strategies to meet each child where they're at. The ultimate goal is to keep the child stretching just beyond his or her unique learning edge. A belief that every child can succeed is built into the culture of the school and mindset of every educator.
